How we differ

Fixed-price per process. Outcome measured in EUR or hours, not in “use cases delivered”. Comparable to lean consulting — but consistently AI-driven and operated through Paperclip-Companies.

Specialisation across five ERP worlds

We work explicitly with SAP, MS Dynamics, abas, proALPHA, Sage. For other ERPs we say no honestly — integration depth is not infinitely scalable.

• Efficiency Scan (3 weeks): structured analysis of 5–8 core processes. Prioritised list per process.
• Efficiency Sprint (6–10 weeks per process): full automation of one process with Paperclip workers, plus RPA and API integration as needed.
• Efficiency Subscription (monthly per process): operation and optimisation.

Phase 4 (months 25–36). In preparation. Last vertical on the roadmap — we open once the company templates of the first four verticals are stable.
