Every retirement strips your company of 20–40 years of experience. Documentation barely helps — the most valuable knowledge is tacit. Confluence and SharePoint did not deliver on the promise; often they made things worse by burying content.

What we will deliver here

• Knowledge Audit (4 weeks): where does which knowledge sit? Who is the bottleneck? Delivers a knowledge map and risk assessment.
• Company-GPT (8–14 weeks): in-house AI knowledge system built on existing data + structured interview-based knowledge extraction. Works-council-friendly mode as default.
• Knowledge Subscription (monthly): maintenance, expansion, new sources, model updates.
